A great place
to live
Wrapped in mature
trees amid gently rolling hills, the Country Creek development is situated on 290 acres in
Oakland Township, Michigan. With almost one quarter of the subdivision devoted to green space,
ponds, and a meandering brook, its executive home sites represent the best blend of
country living with all of the amenities. The charm of community walking paths,
abundant green space and quiet streets--all conveniently located close to Rochester, Great
Lakes Crossing, Oakland University and with easy access to Interstate 75 make Country Creek a
great place to live.

What's Happening in the community:
December 2011 Update:
-
Christmas lights will be installed at
the three entrances on December 1 and 2. We are using LED lights
this year. Let us know what you think!
-
As a reminder - now that the snow is
here, please keep vehicles off the street so our roads can be
cleanly plowed and salted.
-
Yard waste trash pickup has ended for
the winter. It will resume in the spring.

Moceri rezoning request for land at Adams & Dutton:
http://oaklandtownship.org/Departments/PlanningCommission/tabid/76/Default.aspx then click on any of the Blossom Ridge links at the bottom of the page.
Stay updated and make your voice heard:
David Patton, of Kingspointe, is part of a group
organizing area neighbors and residents against the proposed re-zoning
request by Moceri for the land adjacent to Kingsridge at Dutton and
Adams. If you are interested in receiving regular updates on Blossom
Ridge, ask David to add you to his email list. Here’s his e-mail: David
Patton (dpatton@pcamco.com).

Graduation time is here! These are fun times but please watch
out for vandalism. Earlier in the month someone vandalized some
of our street signs, stop signs and the bike path. Please keep
an eye out for malicious behavior and call the police if you see
anything suspicious. Help us keep our neighborhood beautiful.
-
The bike path will be resurfaced by the end of the month. Don't
walk on it while it's being resurfaced.
-
Was your water an orange rust color during the week of June
6th? Call Oakland County Water Resource Commissioner to express
your concern and ask them why it happened and what they are
doing to make sure it doesn't happen again. Make your voice
