COYOTE ALERT!
Coyotes have been sighted recently in the area of South Creek Drive/Lexington Court. Please be extra careful to keep watch over small children and small pets. A couple of the neighbors are inquiring into the situation with the director of the Environmental Education Center in Rochester Hills. We will keep you updated.

BOARD MEETINGS
Board Meetings are held each month. You are always welcome to attend a board meeting but bee advised that schedules may change due to last minute schedule changes of Board Members. If you wish to attend, please contact us for details.

DEAD TREES
As a homeowner it is your responsiblity to take care of the trees on your property. We ask
that those with dead trees please remove them this spring. We are working on a special
rate, so please contact us when you are ready to do so, if you don't see the rate posted
here. Thank you!

1-800-796-9696 and ask for the same rate the people on your street are paying.

your doors or garage open.
