RESIDENTS
During the Annual Homeowner's Meeting back in May we presented a preferred mailbox to use if you are considering replacing your current mailbox. One of our residents ordered the mailbox and it has been installed and looks great. Below are a few pictures of the mailbox along with pricing. The pricing includes removal of your old mailbox and installation of the new mailbox. Please call Dave Smith if you are interested in placing an order. His number is 248-371-2331 or you can email the association with your order and he will contact you.

Single Mailbox: $361.75
Double Mailboxes: $603.50
Triple Mailboxes: $831.00

BOARD MEETINGS
Board Meetings are held each month. You are always welcome to attend a board meeting but bee advised that schedules may change due to last minute schedule changes of Board Members. If you wish to attend, please contact us for details.

DEAD TREES
As a homeowner it is your responsiblity to take care of the trees on your property. We ask that those with dead trees please remove them this spring. We are working on a special rate, so please contact us when you are ready to do so, if you don't see the rate posted here. Thank you!
